Formula Drift PRO-AM Licensing Series Information
Welcome to the 2024 Formula DRIFT Licensing Series Program (PRO-AM).
PRO-AM Locations
1) Multi-round Championship
A MRC is a set (3 or more) of events that crown a cumulative championship.
The following Partners are conducting a Multi-round Championship:
- Drift Colorado events are in the surrounding communities of the Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Boulder.
- East10 events are in the surround communities of Atlanta, Georgia and Bristol, Tennessee.
- Full Lock Drift are in the surrounding communities of Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Great Lakes PRO-AM Series are conducted at Lake Erie Speedway in North East, Pennsylvania.
- ND Drift are in the surrounding area of Fargo, North Dakota.
- Spec-D Events are in the Canadian provinces of Alberta and British Columbia.
- US Drift Circuit are conducted at Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, Florida.
PRO/AM series partners will be awarding the 1st place finisher with the eligibility to compete in Formula Drift PROSPEC in the following season*.
*Licenses will not be allowed to be deferred or carried over to an alternative season.
2) Shootouts
PRO/AM shootout partners will conduct two shootout events with the highest finish ranking from the two shootout events being considered the Top finisher and earn eligibility to compete in formula Drift PROSPEC in the following season*.
The following Partners are conducting a Shootout:
- Evergreen Drift are conducted at Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Washington

Driver B will be considered the Top Finisher and awarded the eligibility to compete in PROSPEC*. In the event of a tie the following tie breakers will be implemented in order: Qualifying position, Highest Qualifying score, Lowest Qualifying score.

Driver A and Driver B are tied in Shootout finish ranking, but are not in their Qualifying positions. Driver A would be considered the Top Finisher.

3) Scouting Program
The FD Scouting Program is a program available to all current PRO-AM Partners that allows each partner to develop events and programs that are not beholden to PRO-AM rulebook guidelines and from those events, scout drivers that are interested in a Formula DRIFT License and then petition on that driver s behalf.
Scouting Program is currently being conducted by the following partner:
- Hot Pit Autofest events are in the surrounding communities of Los Angeles, and San Bernardino, California
- US DRIFT events are offered in the states of Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and New Jersey
