Irish drifting champion Eric O'Sullivan is now entering his 3rd year of Formula Drift competition. An Irish Prodrift champion in 2007, Eric won 6 of 7 championship events, just losing one battle all season; an Irish record which stands to this day. In 2008 Eric travelled to the UK and won the inaugural season of the JDM Allstars Championship and subsequently brought his skills to the Red Bull Drifting World Championship in Long Beach, USA. This USA debut lead to Eric competing full time in the Formula Drift Pro Championship and in his Rookie season was crowned Formula Drift Rookie of the Year. For 2011 Eric has signed to Gardella Racing and re-locarted full time to the teams headquarters in New Jersey. Driving the Gardella Racing Mobil1 Pontiac Solstice, Eric is looking forward to a successful season with his new team as part of the Formula Drift Pro Championship.
