After watching videos of drifting and viewing his first drift event in late 2007, Chris was immediately taken away by the sport. In late 2008, Chris drove his first drift event at a local Drift Day in Irvine,Ca. Striving to continuosly improve his skills as a driver, Chris attends many local grassroots events and continues to push his limits. Chris was also the spotter of Fredric Aasbo and Michael Essa in the 2010 Formula Drift series. After competing in the 2010 Just Drift Top Drift Pro-Am Series and consistantly beating other competitors, Chris\'s dedication and hard work helped him move his way up the ranks and he was awarded his 2011 Formula Drift License.
