Formula Drift at the Long Beach Bike Grand Prix!

The days are coming close to the start of the 2009 season of Formula Drift’s 6th year! One of our pre- promotions started with the UTI tech day where the majority of our staff was. Ryan Sage and I, on the other hand, were at the Long Beach Bike Grand Prix. It was a great event with alot of new Formula Drift Fans!
Formula Drift’s display car for the day. Courtesy of Andy Kim, Thanks again Andy! We couldnt get any of the official cars from FD because everyone was busy at the Tech Day.

Alot of new signs went up specifically for this event. I think this sign means, “Falling Bikes On Car”

After a long days work Ryan Sage decides that its time for a break.

There was alot of interest in Formula Drift and our display 350Z. MANY flyers were given away.

This was the winner of the last race coming down the home stretch. This meant that it was time to pack up and go home.

If you guys couldnt make it out to Pine and Broadway in Long Beach today to see us, dont forget about our Party on Pine this coming Thursday April 9th where we will have 30+ cars parked on city streets! Come join us for food and drinks at Smooth’s Bar and Grille!
And it begins…
